Cattle Cut Up Order Form
When you arrive at Bones Knob Butchery :
- When delivering your animal/s it is your responsibility, as the owner, to off load your animals and shift them into an available Pen. We ask that the person delivering the stock are able to unload the beast by themselves as it is not the responsibility of our staff to assist.
- Complete the following Cut Up Sheet
- Advise staff the Pen Number your animal is in.
- NVD Waybill
- NLIS Tags
Without this information we will not be able to process your animal/s
Prices:
Packed, Labelled and Frozen – $3.40 per kg / Bulk $3.00 per kg
Kill Fee: $175 + $5 transaction levy (Over 400kg extra $75)
Additional Extras:
Sausages $2.50 per kg
Flavoured & Thick Sausages $3.00 per kg
Crumbed Steak $2.50 per kg
