Pig Cut Up Form
When you arrive at Bones Knob Butchery :
- When delivering your animal/s it is your responsibility, as the owner, to off load your animal/s and shift them into an available Pen. We ask that the person delivering the stock are able to unload the beast by themselves as it is not the responsibility of our staff to assist.
- Complete the following Cut Up Sheet
- Advise staff the Pen Number your animal is in.
- NVD Waybill
- Pig Pass
Please complete the following form for each kill.
Private Prices:
Fresh $3.40 per kg
Cured $8.00 per kg
Additional extras: Sausages $2.50 per kg
Thick Sausages $3.00 per kg
- Minimum Kill Fee: A minimum kill fee of $75.00 applies to all pigs.
- For Pigs Weighing 75kg and over
- Kill Processing Charge: $1.00 per kg, based on the pig’s weight.
- Split Fee: $40.00 (only applicable if the pig requires splitting).
- For Pigs Weighing Over 100kg:
- Flat Rate Charge: $180.00
- Important: Pigs over 100kg will be skinned (not scalded). Due to their size, these pigs cannot be processed through the standard machine and will be professionally skinned. Please note: When pigs are skinned, crackling will not be produced.
